We have organized a set of useful links to provide you with detailed information about each Provider that is part of your virtual care plan. To access this information, navigate to your Member Account’s “My Benefits” tab.
On this page, you will see a button named “Provider: Learn More” for each Provider included in your VCx plan.
If you click on the Provider: Learn More button, you will be taken to a new page that displays a table of contents for information we have on your Provider. The links on the right hand side of the page will take you to the specific information associated with each content topic.
When you are finished reading about a specific topic, just close the page and you will be returned to the table of contents. When you are finished with the table of contents, just click anywhere outside of the table of contents box and you will be taken back to your “My Benefits” page.
