During our Provider boarding process, VCx will send out a new account set-up email to the email address of the authorized Account Administrator you have provided to us during boarding. The User Name for your VCx Provider Account will be the same as the email address we have on file.
The invitation will include a temporary password that you will be prompted to change when you log-in the for the first time.
Once you have successfully logged-in with your NEW password, your Provider Account main page will be displayed.
The main page shows the Provider data that we have on file for you.
In addition to your Provider Account main page, there are 3 additional pages: “Provider Services”, “My Reports” and “Manage My Profile”, each accessible by clicking on their respective tab.
The “Provider Services” tab will take you to a page that will show all of the Services that are currently included under our Provider Services Agreement. The table that is displayed shows just basic information and cannot be edited from your Provider Account.
The “My Reports” tab is currently not operational for Providers. However, VCx Client Services does support a standard set of reports as needed. Contact your VCx Account Representative for more information.
The “Manage Profile” tab will take you to a page that looks very much like your “Member Main Page”. The purpose of this page is to make it easy for you to update certain data fields as needed. Only the highlighted fields may be updated by you from your Provider Account. Remember to SAVE any changes you may make.
