When you first log-on to your VCx Member account your “Member Main Page” will be displayed.
This page displays all of the basic member information for you that we have on file.
In addition to your Member Main Page, there are 3 additional pages with key information: “My Benefits”, “Manage Profile” and “My Reports”, each accessible by clicking on the respective tab.
The “My Benefits” tab will take you to a page that will show all of the individual services that are part of your virtual care plan and to which you are subscribed. There is a button that will take you to each Provider’s log-in page as well as a button that will take you to more detailed information about the Provider’s services.
The “Manage Profile” tab will take you to a page that looks very much like your “Member Main Page”. The purpose of this page is to make it easy for you to update your Member information. Only the highlighted fields may be updated. Remember to SAVE any changes you may make to your profile.
The “My Reports” tab is currently not applicable to your plan.
