Using my Member Account

When you first log-on to your VCx Member account, your “Member Main Page” will be displayed.

This page displays all of the basic member information we have on file for you.

In addition to your Member Main Page, there are 3 additional pages with key information: “My Benefits”, “Manage Profile” and “My Reports”, each accessible by clicking on their respective tab.

The “My Benefits” tab will take you to a page that will show all of the individual services that are part of your virtual care plan and to which you are subscribed. There is a button that will take you to each Provider’s log-in page as well as a button that will take you to more detailed information about each Provider’s services.

The “Manage Profile” tab will take you to a page that looks very much like your “Member Main Page”. The purpose of this page is to make it easy for you to update your Member information.  Only the highlighted fields may be updated. Make sure you SAVE all of your changes before leaving this page.

The “My Reports” tab is currently not applicable to your plan.
