To update your Member Profile:
1. Log-in to your VCx Agent Account from the Virtual Care Exchange website
2. Navigate to the “Manage Profile” tab.
3. You may make changes to any of the highlighted fields.
4. Click on the blue “Update Profile” button to save your changes
TIP: Make sure you click on the “Update Profile” button. If you exit before taking this step, your changes will NOT be saved.
TIP: If you need to change the email address associated with your VCx Agent Account, make sure you make that change through your VCx Account Representative.
To re-set your VCx Agent Account Password:
1. Log-in to your VCx Agent Account and navigate to the “Manage My Profile” tab;
2. Click on the “Re-set Password” button on the right side of the page. After you click on this button, a message will appear at the top of the page “Re-set Password Email Sent”.
3. Check the email account associated with your VCx User Name and open up the email sent to you from VCX. Click on the “Reset Password button”
Tip: If the Re-set email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder.
4. A dialogue box will appear asking you to add your new password (twice). After you do so, hit return.
5. You will now be taken to the VCx log-in page. Log in with your VCx Account User Name and the new password you have just entered.
6. Your password is now re-set.
Keep in Mind: Your new password will NOT be effective until you log-in per Step 5.
