You may cancel your VCx Membership at any time with as little as 30 day’s notice to us. To cancel your membership, simply click on the “Customer Care” button at the top of your Member Main Page. When the form is returned, indicate that you are a “Member”, and the jot down the words “please cancel my Membership”. Make sure you include your full name and email address in the body of the form and then click on the “Submit” button.
We will respond to you with a confirmation email which will summarize you’re the details of your termination.
Keep In mind: We will continue to charge the recurring payment method you have on file unless you email us requesting that we cancel your subscription.
