To re-set your VCx Member Account Password:
- Log-in to your VCx Member Account and navigate to the “Manage My Profile” tab;
- Click on the “Re-set Password” button on the right side of the page. After you click on this button, a message will appear at the top of the page indicating that the “Re-set Password Email Sent”.
- Check the email account associated with your VCx User Name and open up the Re-Set Password email sent to you from VCX. Click on the “Reset Password” button”
Tip: If the “Re-set email” does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- A dialogue box will appear asking you to add a new password (you will asked to enter your new password twice).
- You will now be taken to the VCx Member log-in page. Log in with your VCx Account User Name and the new password you have just entered.
- Your password is now re-set.
Keep in Mind: your new password will NOT be effective until you log-in using your user name and NEW password.
If your forget your Account Password:
If you know your VCx Member Account User Name (typically, the email address that was provided to us by your Employer), access the virtual care exchange website (https://virtualcareexchange.com) and click on the “Client and Member Log-in” button. When the log-in page appears, enter your user name and then click on “Forgot Password” and then follow the prompts to set up a new password.
If you do not remember either your User Name or your Password, contact your employer’s the administrator for your VCx virtual care program and let them know. They will provide to you your user name which will then allow you to re-set your password using the method above.
