To access any of your Providers, navigate to your VCx Member Account “My Benefits” tab. On this page, you will see a button next to each Provider (or Service) that is labeled “Access My Provider”.
Keep In Mind: You will need to set up a user account with each Provider in order to access their services. Each provider will have a slightly different log-on procedure, but typically the first step will be to set up your account.
When you click on the “Access My Provider” button, you will be taken to the Provider’s log-in page.
Tip: If this is your first time accessing your Provider, you should follow the prompts on this page for establishing a new account. You will not be able to log-in as an existing member your first time! You will need to set up your Provider account first.
Tip: If you have already set up your account with a Provider, you may use the “Access My Provider” button from your VCx Member Account to log-in OR you may go directly to the Provider’s user log-in page and log in from there.
Providers will (typically) recognize you from your VCx Member Account User Name (the same user name you used to access your VCx Member Account.) Some Providers will recognize you by being associated with VCx. If a Provider asks for your “group or employer name”, then enter “VCx” or “Virtual Care Exchange”
Keep in Mind: For your discount Prescription services, the buttons are a bit different due to how those programs are managed. In order to access your prescription services, you will need to access your “Rx Card“. To obtain your Rx Card, just click on the button “Get Rx Card” and follow the prompts. You will have the option to print the card, send it to your mobile device, or save it to your computer. If you use the Provider’s mobile app, your Rx Card will typically be embedded within your account.
Tip: Most of our Providers also support a mobile app that you may find more convenient. Once you establish your account with a Provider, simply follow their instructions for downloading the app. Accessing your services through a Provider’s mobile app will require the same user name that you use to access your VCx Member Account.
