We have organized a set of useful links to provide you with detailed information about each of the Providers that are part of your virtual care plan. To access this information, navigate to your Member Account’s “My Benefits” tab.
On this page, you will see a button named “Provider: Learn More” for each of the Providers that are part of your plan.
If you click on this button, you will be taken to a new page that displays a table of contents for all of the information we have on the selected Provider. The links on the right hand side of the page will take you to the specific information associated with each content topic.
When you are finished reading about a specific topic, just close the page and you will be returned to the table of contents. When you are finished with the table of contents, just click anywhere outside of the table of contents box and you will be taken back to your “My Benefits” page.
