If you have a question about how to use your VCx Member Account, including getting help on accessing your VCx Member account for the first time or managing your password, you may contact VCx Customer Care by clicking on the blue button “Contact Customer Care” at the top-right of your Member Main Page. A form will be returned to you asking for some additional information.
The form will ask “Are you a:” You should select “Member” from the drop-down menu. Next, provide a few words to describe how we might be of assistance.
When you are finished, just click on the blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. An email with your message will be sent to our Customer Care team.
If you need help but are NOT logged-in to your VCx Member Account, send an email to:
customercare@virtualcareexchange.com.
In the body of the email, indicate you are a “VCx Member” and include your employer’s name. Please provide us a brief summary of how we might assist you.
Keep In mind: If you have a question or need help with a Provider-specific topic, your fastest route to resolution is to use the customer service resources associated with each Provider. They can immediately assist with issues such as problems logging in or accessing services.
