There are Two Methods available to any VCx Member to access their Virtual Care Services once they have set-up their VCx Member Account:
One: A Member may access any of their Provider Services from their VCx Member Account by clicking on the My Benefits tab, navigating to the Service they wish to access, and then clicking on the “Access My Provider” button. This action will take the Member to the Provider’s sign-in Page.
Tip: The First Time a Member accesses a Provider’s log-in page, they will need to FIRST set up thier account with the Provider. Typically, on the Provider’s sign-in page, the Provider will have a button that says “Create Account” (or similar) button designed for this purpose. Members will NOT be able to log-in to their Provider until they have set up an account with the Provider.
Two: A Member may access their Provider directly on the Provider’s website sign-in page, but only AFTER they have set up their Provider Account with their Provider.
Tip: Most of our Providers support a VCx-specific sign-in page for VCx Members that is easy to navigate. We recommend that all new VCx Members use the “Access My Provider” button within each Member’s VCx Account to initially set up their Provider Accounts with a Provider since this method provides the easiest path.
Thereafter, a Member may access their Provider directly on the Provider’s sign-in page or via their VCx Member Account, whichever method is most convenient.
