If you decide you would like to ADD a new service to your Membership or REPLACE an existing service with a new or different service, please contact VCx Customer Care by clicking on the “Contact Customer Care” button at the top of your Member Main Page.
A form will be returned to you that will ask for additional information. First, indicate that you are a “Member”. Next, in the message section of the form, jot down the changes you would like to make. Click on “submit” and your message will be sent to VCx Customer Care.
Once we receive your change request, we will then send you a confirmation email which will summarize your requested changes. If we do not hear from you after sending you a confirmation email, we will assume that our understanding of your requested changes is correct and we will update your subscribed benefits accordingly.
All changes to your subscribed services will be effective (typically) on the first day of the month following your change request.
Keep in Mind: VCx Membership requires (at a minimum) that each Member subscribe to both a General Telehealth Service AND a discount prescription program.
