Each month, VCx will send out a Statement to the Account Administrator on file (or a different email address the Administrator designates) that summarizes the fees owed by the Employer for their VCx Services for the upcoming period . The Statement will include the number of participating Members, the associated Services, the fees per member, and the total monthly fee owed.
At the same time we email the Statement, VCx will also email to the Account Administrator an Invoice reflecting the charges shown on the Statement. This email will include a link to our payment processor (Stripe) to pay the fees owed.
Keep in Mind: All VCx monthly fees are billed In Advance of the upcoming service period.
Keep in Mind: Invoiced Amounts are due within 5 days of being sent.
Keep in Mind: Paying via ACH is the simplest, most secure, and least expensive method of making a payment to VCx.
Use of “Last Month’s” Deposit: VCx will apply the ‘Last Month’s” portion of the Employer’s VCx Service fees to the last full month of services provided following the Employer’s notice to us of termination. Definitive language regarding the use of the “Last Month’s” deposit may be found in the VCx-Employer Services Agreement. What this means in practice, for example, is if an Employer terminates their services with us in January, their services will end in February.
