For almost all VCx Providers, dependents may be managed from the Provider’s website AFTER you have established your account with a Provider. If Dependents are authorized for your particular plan, then all you will need to do is follow each Provider’s instructions for adding dependents. If Dependents are NOT authorized under your Employer’s virtual care plan, you may need to pay an additional amount to each Provider for dependent coverage.
Keep in Mind: Each Provider will have a slightly different set of rules and policies for dependents.
For your Prescription Discount Services, dependents are always included. Any special requirements for dependents will be explained within the Provider’s FAQ information.
