Typically, Agents will earn commissions based on the number of Members originating from the Agent’s Affiliates who use (and pay for) VCx Services.
An Agent’s commission is typically based on a per-member, per-month fixed amount for each Member who appears on a service period’s Roster.
VCx will generate an Agent Commission Report each month. This report will provide details associated with the calculation of commissions. Typically, commissions are paid to Agents within 30 days of VCx receiving payment for the fees associated with each Member. Commissions are not paid on any “paid in advance” amounts unless/until those amounts are used to pay for Services.
Customized commission arrangements are possible (for example, to meet the needs of a unique business opportunity). The Agent should contact their Account Representative to discuss their request.
Keep in Mind: No commissions are paid on any uncollected or unearned Services fees.
