The rights and obligations of the Agent and VCx related to Termination are described in the Termination provisions of the VCx-Agent Agreement. In general, the goal of any termination is to make sure that all amounts owed or due between the Agent and VCx are quickly settled and that all Affiliates and Members are given the opportunity to continue their VCx services.
Termination should always involve a careful consultation between the Agent and their VCx Account Representative to ensure that all Affiliates and associated Members are provided support and assistance through the transition.
