Keep In Mind: All changes to the Agent’s “Schedule of Authorized Services” must be initiated through the Agent’s Account Representative.
At the beginning of the VCx-Agent business relationship, each Agent is provided with a “Schedule of Authorized Services” which lists all of the services and service bundles that the Agent is authorized to offer to their Affiliates. The Schedule of Authorized Services, which is an integral part of the VCx Agent Agreement, may only be modified by mutual consent of the Agent and VCx.
To initiate the process of updating an Agent’s Schedule of Authorized Services, the Agent should first contact their VCx Account Representative, whose name and contact information will be found on the main landing page of the Agent’s VCX Agent Account. Approved changes to the Agent’s Schedule of Authorized Services can be implemented quickly, usually within one week of a request.
If an Agent should requires a different service or service bundle for a specific business opportunity that is not listed on their Schedule of Authorized Services, they should contact their VCx Account Representative. Customized services or service bundles are broadly supported and, once approved by VCx, can usually be implemented within one week.
